Kevin is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a leading management thinker, who has enjoyed building several companies as Managing and Finance Director. He designed the revolutionary PROACTIS Spend Control system, which has transformed the efficiency and management control of expenditure for 250 large organisations in the public and private sector. The Company he built is now quoted on AIM. Kevin has worked in Paris and Cologne and speaks French and German. He is also Chairman and 2nd XI Captain of Wighill Park Cricket Club. Stuart Holmes
Stuart has been described as a Guru of the outdoor expedition world. He is known within the group and climbing community as ‘Guido’ or guide. Stuart has an impressive mountaineering and walking background starting from the age of 11 which has lead him to climb extensively in the UK, Europe and USA clocking up 1500 extreme outdoor climbs in the UK alone. Stuart is full of enthusiasm and loves taking groups of people out to experience the Outdoors!

Paul Lonsdale
Paul is a former competitive gymnast and has competed successfully in several national and area Natural Body building competitions, including Mr UK and Mr Great Britain. His experience, qualifications and team work dynamics have led him to become a well respected personal trainer and business development trainer which have enabled him to transform the attitudes and bodies of all of his clients. Paul is a reserve for the Sky One Gladiator competitions, and his passion is developing people and entertaining. Paul has a background in communications teaching and medical referral training and remains a positive motivated person inspiring others to change their lifestyles and to have fun!

Andrew Genery
Andrew Genery is the Coaching Director for the English Karate Federation (the official governing body for Karate in England, recognised by European and World Karate Federations) and a highly respected Martial Arts specialist. He is a 7th Dan Black Belt with over 30 years experience in Karate and Martial Arts. He has also been Head Coach of the British Wado-Ryu Karate Union since 1988. Under his guidance, pupils have won medals at European, British and National levels. Andrew is also an ASA Level 2 swimming Coach.
